- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 dash ground black pepper
Instructions
Mix the flour mixture:
- In a small bowl, combine ½ cup all-purpose flour, ¼ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, and ¼ teaspoon salt.
Coat the chicken wings:
- Place 10 chicken wings in a large dish and sprinkle the prepared flour mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated. Arrange the coated wings on a baking sheet and refrigerate uncovered for 1 hour.
Bake the wings:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C). Bake the wings for 15 minutes per side, or until they are no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear.
