  • 2 pounds sirloin steak or boneless beef chuck roast sliced thin
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 4 teaspoons water
  • 1 12-ounce bag frozen broccoli florets
  • Cooked white rice for serving, if desired

Instructions
 

Prepare the Sauce:

  • In a slow cooker, whisk together 1 cup beef broth, ½ cup soy sauce, ¼ cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and 3 minced garlic cloves.
