- 2 pounds sirloin steak or boneless beef chuck roast sliced thin
- 1 cup beef broth
- ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 4 teaspoons water
- 1 12-ounce bag frozen broccoli florets
- Cooked white rice for serving, if desired
Prepare the Sauce:
